Chinese New Year Cornflake Cookie

Yeah! my 1st Chinese new year cookie it's very easy and taste not bad at all. Thanks to Little Corner of Mine (http://belachan2.blogspot.com/) for the recipe.

To suite Malaysian taste, I have make some changes on the ingredients.......

Ingredients:
120g butter

3 Tbsp of honey
3.5 cups lightly crushed cornflakes
1/3 cup dried grape

1/2 cup sunflower seed & chopped toasted walnuts,

Method:
1. Melt the butter and honey in the Microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Just stir & mix all ingredients.
3. Spoon teaspoon full into mini paper cups and bake in preheated 350'F for 10 minutes.
4. Let cool completely before serving.

Grand-Ma Birthday

Grandma so happy....... got Nicholas birthday wishes 1st thing in the morning (right after grandma wake up) and a 大彩 ang pow (pick by Nicholas).

Than a nice dinner at Sushi King......

Very easy to made breakfast...........Look nice and taste not bad at all.

He just used chicken burger cut into cube and fried with egg.
