Grandma Home-cook Potato Chicken.... Nic's Favoured
Preparation:
- Chop chicken into very find pieces, season it with sugar and soya sos.
- Cut potato and carrot into very small cube.
- Soak potato and carrot into drinking water.
Cooking
a) Stir fry chop garlic with oil.
b) Add and mix corn flour into the chop chicken than stir fry it.
c) Add a little bit of dark soya sos. (do not add any salt as the potato will not get soften if we do)
d) Add the water from step 3.
e) Cook it until the potato soften.
f) Add a little bit of salt and magee chicken seasoning.

Nicholas Birthday
1st thing in the morning, Nicholas received a card from Jay on his door step
Yes. The little green hand is Jay's hand.
Than there are 2 presents waiting for him on our room's desk (We know he will come to our room looking for it)
Than after dinner, I bring Nic & Jay (approved by Nic to bring Jay) to big play center at Sunway Carnival Mall
We celebrate Nic birthday on next day at Just Pizza as Daddy when to KL for his seminal.

Nicholas School Children Day 02.10.10
Can you imagine all children gather at one time.........The only thing I can think of is "Soooooooo Noisy"
Nic participate in Fun Game no. 2. There are 4 teams (green, red, blue & yellow) in the race.
Nic's team (green) got No 1.
After that most of the time is sit and wait.

Mommy so Proud
Nicholas receive the Star Award from his school today. He collected 30 points to earn a star from good behavior and exam result (90 - 99 marks got 1 point and 100 marks got 2 points)
