Bake a wholemeal bread

emm... look nice leh. I bake it myself . Very proud of myself (even though very easy to made la)

Recently Jessen, My husband has found a shop that sell cake ingredient than i ask him to ask for a recipe for bread machine which my mother-in-law have it for more than 5 years.

1st time i fail because i have mixed everything up which is wrong. The tip is to put the liquid ingredient 1st than follow by powder ingredient and most important is to put the yeast last on top of the powder ingredient.

The recipe:

High protein ~ 170gm

Wholemeal mix ~ 80gm

Inst yeast ~ 1 tea spoon

Bread improver ~ 1 tea spoon

Water ~ 120ml

Fresh milk ~ 50ml

Butter ~ 1 table spoon

Honey ~ 1 table spoon

salt ~ 1 tea spoon
