This morning we have fresh from oven Low Gi Bread for breakfast. Very nice & very filling. I just put all the ingredient in the bread machine (yeast last) at night, start the machine and tada... fresh bread in the morning.
Recipe:-
Water ~ 270gm
Butter ~ 1 table spoon
Brown Caster Sugar ~ 2 table spoon
High Protein Flour ~ 250gm
Low Gi Flour ~ 250gm
Inst. Yeast ~ 1 tea spoon
Press the "Select" button to "20" for "wholewheat normal"
Press the "size" button to "1.5"
Press the "colour" button to select the bread in light or dark colour
Press the "start" button
